You’re Invited to a Public Meeting on the Hazard Mitigation Action Plan on Sept. 16
The Hazard Mitigation Action Plan (HMAP) is a strategic plan that communities, organizations, and agencies create and regularly update to reduce or eliminate long-term risks to people, property, and the environment from natural hazards.
At this meeting, we will:
- Share the HMAP, highlight recent significant updates, and discuss why it matters
- Explain the hazards and risks identified for our community
- Have Q&A time with local officials for you to ask questions and get clarifications
Individuals and families are welcome and encouraged to attend this informative community meeting.
